Joyce Ross, Ph.D. is founding partner of Ross
Partners, an international management consulting firm. She has
currently retired to devote more of her time to pro bono consulting
to the not-for-profit sector. As an organization consultant, Joyce
worked primarily in the areas of organization development, human
resources, and executive leadership training for public and private
organizations. Her client list included Royal Dutch Shell, Ralston
Purina, Intel, IBM, Air New Zealand, Eisenhower Medical Center,
Cleveland Clinic, and numerous municipalities throughout the West.
In her career, Joyce has been Professor of Public Administration at
San Diego State University, a Technical Advisor to the Government
of Malaysia, and Director of the Center for Training and
Development at the University of Southern California. She received
her Masters in Health Services Administration and Ph.D. from the
University fo Southern California. Joyce has always had a
