Partner Benefits
As soon as you join SDSVP, you will have access to the many
benefits our current Partners receive:
- Access expert speakers, panels, and gatherings. You will gain a rich insight into community issues, the nonprofit sector, giving strategies and philanthropic and civic leadership. See our Calendar of Events.
- Select from a wide variety of hands-on experiences: evaluate grant proposals, lead volunteer teams, and provide your professional expertise to a local nonprofit organization. These experiences will help you gain indepth knowledge in philanthropy and local nonprofits.
- Connect with other smart committed people. Share not only your ideas but your passions and experience with others who are interested in issues affecting our city and beyond.
- Get involved at the level of your choice. SDSVP offers a range ways for you to get involved when and if you can: provide short-term or long-term volunteer assistance, attend a class, join a grant committee or attend a Partner meeting and observe. While there are many opportunities to get involved, many of our Partners may not have time to volunteer, but want to invest their financial resources in SDSVP and know their contribution is hard at work.
