Get Started

SVP consulting teams are most successful with nonprofits that have: 

  • Registered as a 501(c)(3) or are fiscally sponsored a 501(c)(3) 

  • Annual revenue above $400,000  

  • A minimum of two full-time, paid staff members; ideally five or more 

  • Headquarters and primary populations served based in the County of San Diego 

  • Board and executive leadership who are committed to a hands-on partnership with SVP to build organizational capacity
