  • Have a compelling vision for the future and a clear plan for how to achieve it

FIT with SVP - Ideal nonprofits for our partnership may:

  • Be at an inflection point

  • Have identified the need for improvement in multiple Support Areas that would increase impact

  • Have strong leadership that is prepared to make significant changes and improvements to the organization

  • If selected for a pro bono consulting engagement, your organization will be matched with a small team of our Partners (typically three) with the interests and skills to deliver upon your support area needs.

  • Each team has a Lead Partner who serves as the primary point of contact for the executive director. Participation may also include members of your leadership team and board of directors.

  • The team will develop a Scope of Support outlining the goals, project workflow, timeline, and anticipated outcomes of our collaboration. You will meet regularly with your SVP team with dedicated nonprofit staff time to the agreed-upon project deliverables between meetings. Engagements typically conclude in five to eight months
