She has also worked with large and small nonprofits with government and philanthropic funding.
Brenda has her bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Biochemistry from UCSD, and various business certifications from UCSD Extension, including HR Leadership, HR Management, Finance Management, Marketing Management, Business Management and Fundraising &; Development. Other certifications include Total Rewards Management from World@Work, Talent Benchstrength – Talent Review & Succession Planning, and DISC Certification. She is working on her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from
Claremont Lincoln University. She is working towards her certification with ICF, the
Fundamentals of Co-Active Coaching with the Coaches Training Institute, Guiding Mindful
Change Certification Program and Mentor Coaching with Genius Unlocked Coaching.
