Mark Sinatra is President of Staff One HR. Since July 2008, Mark has led Staff One HR through a period of substantial growth highlighted by achieving the Dallas 100 and Inc. 5000 list three years in a row, and culminating in Staff One HR’s sale to Oasis Outsourcing in December 2017. Before joining Staff One HR, Mark co-founded Gordian Capital, a private investment company that focuses on making long-term investments in lower middle market companies. He has worked in the private equity, investment banking, consulting, and business process outsourcing industries for the following companies: Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, Andersen, RR Donnelley and The Parthenon Group.
Actively involved in the PEO industry, Mark is a former Board Director of NAPEO and ESAC. He also is involved in the Dallas community as a Chairperson of First3 Years, a Board Director with Social Venture Partners – Dallas, and as a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) – Lone Star Chapter.
Mark is an MBA graduate of the Wharton School of Business, and holds a BA in Economics from Fordham University. He holds the SHRM-CP Certification, is a Certified Predictive Index analyst, and is a graduate of the Stagen Integral Leadership Academy.
