Sherpa Program

San Diego Social Venture Partners' Sherpa Program is part of our first-year engagement initiative. We believe if our new Partners have a mentor, it helps them find their place at SVP. Sherpas will be able to share their experience, provide guidance, and answer questions.

Being a Sherpa is a great opportunity to meet a new colleague, impact someone's life, strengthen your leadership skills, and know you are helping SVP grow! Your mentorship not only will help SVP become a more welcoming community but it increases retention.
