WILL & JILL SELDERS
Retired for over 20 years as CEO of Hi-tech company in semiconductor lasers. In retirement, involved as National Trustee of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

KAREN TRITT
Karen joined Millman Search Group in 2014 as an Executive Recruiter. Prior to joining the team she spent over 20 years in the fashion industry working for a variety of top companies including Louis Vuitton, Bergdorf Goodman and J. Crew.

SCOTT TRITT, BOARD MEMBER
His successful career as a television news producer throughout California helped Scott Tritt develop an ability to tell stories in a compelling and memorable way. Now he's using those skills to help SDSVP and the nonprofits we serve.

CARL VONDERAU
As a banker, Carl Vonderau has lived and worked in the U.S., Canada, Latin America and North Africa. He’s done business in French, Spanish and Portuguese, and financed small businesses, real estate, individuals, foreign banks, and international trade.

TOM WATLINGTON
Tom Watlington has 36 years of experience in the medical device industry in large corporations as well as start-ups. Tom is currently the Chief Commercial Officer of Aseptiscope a local medical device start-up.

ERICA WEINBERG
Erica Weinberg has over 20 years private and nonprofit sector experience, working on corporate responsibility, business planning for nonprofits and philanthropy issues, and in developing and managing global corporate responsibility and philanthropic programs.

DON WELLS, BOARD MEMBER
Don Wells is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with degrees in Psychology, History and Political Science and certification to teach secondary education. In 2004, he also earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology.

RENEE ZAU
Renee Zau is a California native who moved to San Diego in 1990 to attend UCSD, spent two decades as a multi-unit franchisee of two different companies, and co-founded social enterprise web platform DonationMatch in 2010.

DANA TORYKIAN
​Dana’s professional background is in wealth management and accounting and has spent several years being involved in various nonprofit organizations.

LOUARN SORKIN
For 52 years, Louarn has volunteered her time and creative talent for charitable organizations. At age 10, she began her charitable work as a junior volunteer for the San Diego Opera, San Diego Symphony, San Diego Ballet, Salk Institute, Girl Scouts of America and the Old Globe.

ALAN SORKIN
Alan Sorkin has a rich, varied career as a Chief Executive of several for-profit and not-for-profit corporations and a major philanthropic funding organization. He and his wife Louarn were founding partners of San Diego Social Venture Partners in 2001.

JERRY SCHNEIDER
Mr. Schneider has been an independent business and financial consultant since 2014.
