Investee Orientations Ignite Passion and Excitement for Successful Partnerships
This week, both Traveling Stories and the American Academy of Pediatrics were oriented with their SDSVP team, bringing excitement and anticipation for our work together. A sense of community grew as team members shared their own reasons for stepping up to help these two Investees and as the Investee leadership explained just how much they could grow with our investments. The CEO and Founder of Traveling Stories, Emily Moberly, shared,
"I'm even more excited about working with SVP than I was before and I truly think this experience is going to be paramount for Traveling Stories... I see possibilities that I've never seen before."

Traveling Stories 3rd Annual Literacy Gala
Support our Investee, Traveling Stories, Saturday, September 22, 2018 from 6-10pm at Lux Art Institute in Encinitas for a grand evening under the stars. Tickets include entertainment, dinner, and an open bar with signature cocktails. Each year at the gala, Traveling Stories presents a literacy hero from the community with the prestigious Red Balloon Award. This year’s gala will highlight a child who has been impacted most by Traveling Stories’ local StoryTent.
