TERRY BLOOM

Terry Bloom is a supply chain professional with experience in program management, procurement, vendor management, strategic planning, and contract negotiation. He recently retired as Senior Manager, NPI Program Management for Lam Research, a leader in the semiconductor industry based in the Bay Area. Bloom’s proven leadership overseeing program management teams, supply chain, and capacity planning for high tech companies has resulted in notable cost savings and productivity improvements in fast-paced dynamic environments.

While living in Silicon Valley, Bloom volunteered as an attorney with Senior Adults Legal Assistance (SALA) to help seniors understand and navigate various legal issues. He and his wife, Olivia, serve as marriage mentors through Menlo Church for engaged and/or seriously dating couples.

Bloom received a BS in Speech from the University of Texas at Austin and a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law.

Bloom moved to San Diego from the Bay Area in 2024. He is a sports fan and music lover and enjoys traveling and exercising alongside his wife.
