CINDY BORNEMANN

Since 2009, Cindy Bornemann has been President of Lily Rock Investments LLC and Merlot Management Group, Inc., both real estate investment companies specializing in buying, selling, rehabbing and managing single family homes for rental and resale in Escondido, CA, Memphis, TN and Jackson, MS.

Previously, Bornemann founded and operated Discovery Isle Child Development Center, Inc., an academically-based childcare business that began in 1993 that expanded to six locations and over 200 employees by 2006 when she sold it to a larger publicly traded childcare company. Prior to her career in the childcare industry, Bornemann was a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Allergan Pharmaceuticals, Inc., KalKan Petfoods, Inc. and Rockwell International.

A native of Michigan, Bornemann received her BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan and her MBA from California State University, Los Angeles.

Bornemann currently resides with her husband, Jim and two children in Carlsbad.
