JESSICA CORSON

Jessica has a life science background coupled with broad business experience, gained through 20 years of transaction-focused and operational roles within the biotech industry. Her deal experience encompasses transactions that collectively value over $10B, including buy- and sell-side product licensing and M&A deals, diagnostic collaborations, R&D alliances, and public financings.

Jessica was VP Corporate Strategy & Business Development at Mirati Therapeutics, where she was responsible for overseeing the company's long-term corporate strategy and portfolio of external collaborations. Prior to Mirati, Jessica held roles of increasing responsibility in Business Development at Amylin Pharmaceuticals. Prior to Amylin, Jessica worked in additional roles in private equity and in a medicinal chemistry lab.

Jessica is a board member at RS Oncology, a clinical-stage biotech company focused on developing therapeutics for mesothelioma and other cancers with high unmet medical need. She has volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House and led employee volunteer efforts focused on cancer patient advocacy, including for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Rady Children's Hospital and Longevity.

Jessica holds a B.S. in Biology from UC San Diego and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Jessica enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her two vizslas Dolce and Winston. In her spare time, she is also an amateur photographer and avid traveler.
