Laura Georgantos is an inspiring presenter, organizational change consultant and seasoned business executive with more than 30 years of experience developing people and organizations.

Prior to establishing her practice as a Coach and Organizational Consultant, Georgantos was the Director of Executive and Organizational Development at Sempra Energy and Director of Organizational Effectiveness at SDG&E.

Georgantos has served on the Board of Directors of the Girl Scouts of San Diego and Imperial Counties, LEAD San Diego and Monarch Schools.

Georgantos earned a BS from Ohio State University in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management and a MS from Pepperdine University in Organizational Development.
In her personal time, Georgantos enjoys the beach, traveling, yoga, water activities, biking and the companionship of her friends and family members.
