IVY GORDON
Ivy Gordon has an extensive background in business management, information technology, operations, executive coaching and strategic planning. Since 2004, Gordon has managed her own firm, Ivy Gordon & Associates in which she specializes in strategic planning, mission and vision development, core values alignment, team development, board retreats and leadership coaching.
She co-founded Datafaction (now known as AgilLink), a computer software company known as an industry leader in database and business management solutions serving corporate, mid-market, and nonprofit organizations. She previously served as a Partner with Doud Hausner & Associates, a consultancy to family and privately held businesses. Ivy has maintained an IT consulting practice for 21 years.
Beyond her consulting experience, Gordon served as a Master Chair with Vistage International for 15 years, coaching executive leadership and working with over 100 organizations – both in the for-profit and non-profit sectors
As a volunteer, Gordon has been involved with multiple non-profit organizations since 1997, including serving as a Trustee for the Global Council of Appreciative Inquiry, LLC and a volunteer at Jewish Family Service. She has also supported the Sacred Land Film Project as a Development Director and serves as board chair with Outside the Lens.
Gordon has a BA in Psychology from SUNY Stony Brook University, an MSOD in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University and a PCC certification and Integral Coach certification with the International Coaching Federation.
