GREG JACOBI

Greg Jacobi is a business strategy consultant and executive coach with 20 years of experience leading large-scale operations across diverse functions, including sales, customer service, risk management, human resources, and strategic planning. His previous roles include vice president of strategic operations, Western United States regional vice president, and vice president positions in underwriting and claims for GEICO, a Fortune 50 company.
Jacobi’s family has been a consistent supporter in the fight against breast cancer, and he previously served on the board for Susan G. Komen of Western New York. He has also volunteered with various organizations that combat hunger and homelessness, including Father Joe’s Villages and the San Diego Food Bank.
Jacobi holds a bachelor's degree in management and communications from Adelphi University and several professional designations, including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Senior Claims Leadership Administrator. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration through the University of Maryland Global Campus.
Jacobi and his wife have been married for 23 years. They have a daughter attending the University of Oregon and a son at Del Norte High School. They both enjoy the outdoors and exercise and support each other’s passions. Recently, they have also taken up pickleball as an enjoyable way to stay active and socialize.
