ANDY KAISER

Andy Kaiser is the Senior VP of Finance and Legal at DB Cybertech. Kaiser specializes in scaling start-ups to viable companies through venture capital and debt financing by creating solid operational plans that adapt business operations to market conditions.

In prior roles, Kaiser worked in finance and legal at Coradiant (acquired by BMC software), Director of Finance at IPivot (acquired by Intel) and Division Controller at 3Com via its acquisition of Primary Access Corporation. Kaisery has also worked in financial roles in the consulting, defense contracting and Indian gaming sectors.

Kaiser was a board member of NAMI-San Diego from 2012 to 2019 and served as the Treasurer for 5 years and the Board President for 2 years. He revamped the Governance Committee and headed the CEO Search Committee during his time as president.

He also was the Treasurer for ALS-San Diego for 2002 to 2003 and a volunteer for Pacific Community Ventures in 2012-2013.

Kaiser holds an MBA from Marquette University, a BBA from University of Wisconsin at Madison and earned the designations Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified Equity Professional (CEP).
