His successful career as a television news producer throughout California helped Scott Tritt develop an ability to tell stories in a compelling and memorable way. Now he's using those skills to help SDSVP and the nonprofits we serve.
Yona is a former Big 4 CPA and Lean Enterprise Certified leader with 20+ years of hands-on experience in the medical device industry. Yona has been a program lead for multiple SAP implementations globally and has managed teams that supported the business process management and continuous improvement of business processes across all functions on SAP and other integrated systems resulting in hundreds of millions in cost savings.
Sarah, a native San Diegan, has been active in the philanthropic world for over 15 years in various roles. She studied biological anthropology and cognitive science at UC San Diego and worked in biological research for a short time before she discovered her real passion is to help nonprofit organizations effectively achieve their mission by raising funds and building relationships in the community.
Mr. DeWitt is an experienced business executive with a diverse background in sales, finance, and renewable energy. He is also a strategy and management consultant focused on working with local nonprofits

developer and technologist with over 25 years of experience building and managing development teams and complex projects.
Kate is a business transformation leader, specializing in both cultural change and process improvements to create systems of operational excellence.
Don Wells is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with degrees in Psychology, History and Political Science and certification to teach secondary education. In 2004, he also earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology.
