Veronica is a native San Diegan and experienced business professional with 20+ years of experience in product marketing, business strategy and program management. She has worked on a wide array of products--from high tech to soft goods— in both corporate and start-up environments. She was one of the founding members of an internal start up within a multinational company, helping to build it from the ground up. She has also managed a $1B product portfolio for a global consumer products company, and has led brand and launch strategy for well-known consumer brands.
Currently, she advises small and medium sized firms on marketing and go-to-market strategies to help them grow their businesses. She also serves on the Board of a local education non-profit, where she focuses on marketing and fundraising initiatives.
Veronica is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations achieve their goals. She hopes to bring creativity, strategic thinking and a strong desire to make a difference to SVP and the nonprofits it serves.
Veronica earned her Bachelor’s [History] and Masters [International Business] from UCSD. In her free time, you will either find her in the garden, or out on San Diego’s trails with her husband, 2 kids, and 1 large black dog.
