About the Event
What: Learn how to support a nonprofit in implementing a fund development strategy to reach its revenue goals using SVP's Revenue Stream Development consulting framework. This interactive training will cover the following topics:
- Assess the current state of fund development activities, positioning, and staff capabilities
- Evaluate opportunities for revenue growth, including budget forecasting, potential impact and risk analysis
- Equip the nonprofit with a revenue development plan and annual activities calendar
- Hone strategies for donor engagement and improve positioning for grant applications, donor communication, etc.
