The SVP approach to Strategic Planning encourages a nonprofit to ask, “What if?”, set goals, and provides a roadmap to execute upon its objectives. We’ll show you how to help develop a Strategic Plan that is a living document designed to meet a nonprofit’s constant evolution in delivering upon its mission.
