Yona Capobianco is a former Big 4 CPA and Lean Enterprise Certified leader with 20+ years of hands-on experience in the medical device industry. Capobianco has been a program lead for multiple SAP implementations globally and has managed teams who supported the business process management and continuous improvement of business processes across all functions on SAP - and other integrated systems resulting in hundreds of millions in cost savings.

At BD, Capobianco ran the business process excellence team using Lean Six Sigma methodology to implement change and process mining to provide data for ongoing management of processes and prioritization of improvement initiatives.

Capobianco has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business and an MBA in International business from Golden Gate University.
