LEENA GUPTA

Leena's extensive entrepreneurial and consulting background has led to a unique blend of strategic, innovative, and financial expertise. She has developed leading edge strategies, pioneered new concepts into viable business ventures, and conducted in-depth financial analysis for Fortune 500 and privately held businesses. She has leveraged her experience to co-found and lead several successful enterprises.

In her current role at Ascent, MD of CFO Services, she oversees net worth reporting, manages liquidity needs, and provides strategic financial consulting for client families. On the entrepreneur front, her most recent venture has been “Coin Up,” a breakthrough mobile donation app to revolutionize fundraising through everyday transactions. Coin Up has won numerous awards and is a grant recipient of The Gates Foundation.

Leena also serves as a board member and advisor to various nonprofits, small businesses, and women owned businesses nationally. She serves as Founding Board Member/Treasurer to the MIT/Sloan Club of San Diego, Treasurer to Outside the Lens, Founding Board Member of the CFO Leadership Council, and participates in Catalyst San Diego as a representative of US Bank. She has also volunteered over the years to support young women, children, education and prevent homelessness through several nonprofit organizations.

Leena holds an MBA from MIT/Sloan School of Management, and a CPA/Public Accounting and BA from Loyola University of Chicago.

Leena loves spending time traveling with her family. She also enjoys reading, art, hiking, and inspiring conversation with friends and colleagues.
